Chandigarh: Amandeep Kaur, a student, rescued four children after braving a fire in a school van in Longowal village of Sangrur on Saturday. Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh tweeted and applauded Amandeep Kaur. In addition, the Captain wrote that he would be meeting with the student soon.
Let’s say that four innocent lives were lost in a fatal van accident on Saturday. A total of 12 students were aboard the van and student Amandeep Kaur was aboard the same van. A 14-year-old student broke into a van and saved the life of four children after the van caught fire.
At the same time, the student informed about the incident and said that after finding out about the fire, the driver did not run away.
