Man dead after being found severely injured in Brampton park on Thursday

BRAMPTON, Ont. — Police west of Toronto say they’re investigating the death of a man who was found severely injured in a park.

Peel Regional Police say they were called to the scene in Brampton just before 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

They say the man was found with vital signs absent and covered in large amounts of blood.

Investigators say he was eventually pronounced dead in hospital.

Police say their homicide team is investigating the incident.

They say they haven’t yet identified the man and are asking anyone with information to reach out.
