PRESIDENT IS STILL DETERMINED TO BRING BACK ALL THE TROOPS TO US SOIL

President Trump is all set to bring home U.S. military forces. Last month, Mr. Trump spoke with Pentagon leaders about American troop levels in Afghanistan. On Wednesday, he again showed his keen interest in calling the military army in the home from there. Also, the military officials have already planned the withdrawal series of soldiers in upcoming months.

Mr. Trump is not making any empty promises like our sweet talker former president Obama. In 2008, at the very beginning of his presidential run, Obama vowed to end ongoing conflicts in Iran and Afghanistan. However, he created gruel some relationships between Syria and America. He almost initiated a war with Syria.

Mr. Obama in his tenure was making empty promises of shrinking US troops in the Middle East and rather shifts more of the resources towards Asia and the Pacific region. Even near the end of his tenure in 2014, he was instilling on his false efforts of withdrawing army. The reality is Obama couldn’t stick to his promises that he made initially.

During his presidency period, Obama levelled up US troops in Afghanistan to over 1, 00,000. Obama in his trials of defeating Islamic states ended up creating air campaign and more than 3000 military personnel there. Apart from this, Obama found himself entangled in a gruelling situation in Syria. The US attempted to build Syrian rebel force in Syria but the Russian meddling in fighting complicated the scenario.

Obama was incapable of handling the circumstances and he also couldn’t make any reformations in US policy. He inherited such sticky issues with which the US is still coping. Near the end of Obama’s presidency, America has already formed a massive role in the war regions.

Recently, Mr. Trump commented on the hard situations between Afghanistan and America. Finally, the Taliban & USA signed an agreement to end the conflicts which were ongoing for the last 18 years. President Trump said it had been a quite long journey for American soldiers, and that it was time to bring back our soldiers home.

Currently, 8,600 US military troops are stationed at Afghanistan and the shrinking should be below this level is required. Also, he questioned how U.S. forces in Syria could be decreased.

Trump regretted that U.S. powers never truly battled to win in Afghanistan and demanded he was not acting imprudently by seeking after sharp withdrawals in U.S. troop levels there. During a White House meeting on coronavirus reaction, Trump said that “eventually, Afghanistan pioneers will have to deal with their nation, and they will have the option to police their nation by themselves.”

In some time, senior defense personnel will provide Trump with a progression of withdrawal plans for troops in Afghanistan, including one to expel all staff by this November.
