Police investigate after man dies in Thursday night shooting in Toronto

Toronto police say a man is dead after a shooting in the city’s north-end.

Investigators responded to the incident at around 8 p.m. on Thursday.

Police say they found an adult male at the scene who was pronounced dead shortly after.

They say they’re investigating and the scene has been secured.

Police did not immediately provide any suspect information.

They’re asking anyone who has information about the incident to reach out to police.
