LEAMINGTON, Ont. — Police say they ticketed a 35-year-old resident in Leamington, Ont., for throwing a party with more than 50 people present.
Police say they responded to a noise complaint early Sunday morning.
They say they saw more than 50 people in the home, a violation of the Reopening Ontario Act.
A conviction carries a set fine of $750.
