American manufacturer, Buick will come up with the facelift LaCrosse sedan and its top model Avenir in China. The company has made another revelation about this upcoming sedan. Yes, you read that right; Buick shared the engine details of their upcoming sedan LaCrosse facelift. Now, let’s discuss the design, engine and price of Buick LaCrosse & LaCrosse Avenir.
Under the hood, LaCrosse base version will have GM’s eight generation Ecotec engine. A new 2.0-litre turbo engine will generate 237hp power and torque of 350Nm. The engine will be mated with a nine-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission. It will be a 6B compatible engine with the fuel efficiency of 6.9-litres per 100km.
Talking about the LaCrosse Avenir, it is the flagship model based on the wing-shaped design philosophy of the company. Avenir will prove a perfect combination of luxury and sport.
Additionally, you will get 19-inch alloy wheels, exclusive exterior colour, Avenir logo on doors and ornamented leather seats. Not just that, you will also get a lot of exciting high-end features.
The American brand has high sales in China. Reportedly, the Buick has delivered more than 1.2million LaCrosse units in China.
Coming to its pricing, Buick LaCrosse facelift can have a price-tag of CNY 239,800 i.e. $35,700. Whereas, LaCrosse Avenir can be available at CNY 289,800.
