Ottawa River levels were at the highest level in some previous weeks. But now, water levels started to decrease gradually.
According to the Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board, the water level is declining and other parts stabilizing.
The board said levels should continue to drop over the coming weeks. But it also cautioned slow declining of water.
In this spring, Britannia in west Ottawa was at a peak. But, now it reached 10centimeteres below the peak.
On Monday evening, the board announced that water levels in Pembroke were at 113.59m above the sea level. At the present time, it has fallen to 12cm as compared to last Saturday.

Coming to the exact numeric updates, below are the water levels in various areas:
Britannia, West Ottawa – 60.6 metres. It will not rise anymore and will eventually start decreasing in the upcoming days.
Thurso, Quebec– 43.39 metres. Expectedly, it will rise with 1cm more before finally starting to decline.
Arnprior, Ontario– 76.16 metres. Fortunately, it falls 3cm in just the day.
Hawkesbury, Ontario– 42.52 metres. The water levels here are 30cm higher than the previous highest records in the past. It will again rise to 3cm before declining.
Lac Coulonge– 109.13 metres. It went 4cm down from previous peak levels since all these weeks.
The Hull Marina in Gatineau– 44.94 metres. Expectedly, water levels will soon recede.
