MUNCEY, Ont. — Provincial police say a church in Muncey, Ont., was burned to the ground early Sunday morning.
They’re treating the fire as suspicious.
They say officers and firefighters were called to St. Andrew’s Anglican Church on Chippewa Road at about 6:15 a.m. on Sunday.
Police say that despite firefighters’ best efforts, the flames couldn’t be contained, and the church was a “complete loss.”
They say nobody was reported injured.
The fire marshal has been called in to investigate the cause of the fire.
