Canada PM Justin Trudeau is deeply sad by backsliding on abortion rights in the US. He also promised that Canada will always defend the woman’s right to choose.
Further, Trudeau said Canadians can feel reassured that the federal government will continue to stand unequivocally for women’s rights. He also said people around the world can know they have an ally and a defender in Canada.
During a press conference in Paris, he said, “Obviously we are deeply disappointed by the backsliding on women’s rights that we’re seeing in some places around the world, including some American states.”
Trudeau responded to the incident as Alabama Governor Kay Ivey signed a law banning abortion in almost all cases. Even the victims of rape and incest will not be able to abort if law enforced.
If none challenge the law then it will go in effect.
Trump appointed two conservative Supreme Court justices. Obviously those conservative will have a stereotypical mindset. They are the reason behind the backsliding of abortion rights.

Trudeau is pointing out the conservative politicians for receding the women’s rights.
He said, “It’s a shame that we increasingly see conservative governments and conservative politicians taking away rights that have been hard-fought over many, many years by generations of women and male allies.”
How can someone tell anybody else to what to do with their own bodies and lives?
Liberal party of Canada issues a letter against all those conservatives who supported abortion issue and attended March for Life rally on Parliament Hill.
The letter included names and ridings of conservative members of Parliament. It says that conservatives are busy in rolling back women’s rights while Liberals are focusing on women rights. They are also ensuring the availability of safe & legal abortion services to all Canadian women.
