Trump was hoping for peace between Iran and the US. According to him, the US and Iran would not go to war. But several days after, Trump is now saying if Iran seeks for a fight then it will face destruction. Trump threatened Iran of destruction.
On Sunday, a rocket landed a mile away from the US embassy in Baghdad’s Green Zone. It raised the worries in the region. Thus, Trump issued the warning after the incident.
Trump also took to Twitter and warns Iran of the fight and its destruction.

However, Iran officials responded by saying that the country doesn’t seek for any war.
Recently, the United States sent warships and bombers to the region. As per the US, it did so to encounter some alleged threats from Iran.
Everyone was expecting Trump to diminish his tone after such incidents. But, it didn’t happen.
In addition, when the US president asked about the conflicts between the two nations. He answered, “I hope not.”
