On Monday, the Chinese electronics company, Xiaomi announced its Mi Express Kiosk. It’s a vending machine to purchase Xiaomi smartphones quickly. Mi Express Kiosk will roll out for metro cities. The company also aims to expand it in more cities.
Xiaomi says the kiosks will soon be installed throughout the metro cities. The company also adds that consumers can access information about kiosk locations via its India site Mi.com.
Additionally, the company planned the locations areas of Mi Express Kiosk such as airports, shopping malls and Tech Parks. Recently, Xiaomi inaugurated the Mi Express Kiosk in Manyata Tech Park in Bengaluru.
All the technology related to Mi Express Kiosk was researched and developed in India. Xiaomi Global VP Manu Kumar Jain also shared the news via Twitter.

Customers find it hard to buy products from flash sales. Thus the company came up with the advanced option of smartphone vending machine.

It will allow people to buy Xiaomi Redmi smartphones and smartphone accessories easily. Prices of all the products will be the same as of official Mi.com.
Customers can pay the money in any form such as cash, UPI, debit card and credit card as per their will.
Collectively, it is Xiaomi’s third effort in offline marketing. Previously, the company started out its Mi Home and then Mi stores at various locations. Now, Xiaomi has covered huge leap by inaugurating Mi Express Kiosk.
